Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certification in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR)
- Certification in first aid
- Relevant local and state certifications
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for prolonged periods
- Ability to lift and move objects up to 25 pounds independently
- Ability to assist with lifting objects over 50 pounds
- Commitment to company safety policies
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and protect company property
- Ability to work cooperatively with team members
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent General Educational Development (GED)
- Certification in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR)
- Certification in first aid
- Relevant local and state certifications as required
- Ability to maintain professional appearance and demeanor
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Basic computer skills for entering and locating work-related information
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks as required
Job Duties
- Animate, recruit, register and schedule guests for recreational activities
- Promote a cheerful and comfortable environment for guests
- Provide information about recreational facilities and activities
- Promote safety rules and regulations to ensure guest and member wellbeing
- Monitor activities and respond appropriately to emergencies according to local procedures
- Identify unsafe participation situations and inform supervisor or manager
- Clean and maintain recreational equipment and supplies
- Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to management
- Complete safety training and certifications
