Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Certification in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR)
  • Certification in first aid
  • Relevant local and state certifications
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for prolonged periods
  • Ability to lift and move objects up to 25 pounds independently
  • Ability to assist with lifting objects over 50 pounds
  • Commitment to company safety policies
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and protect company property
  • Ability to work cooperatively with team members

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent General Educational Development (GED)
  • Certification in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR)
  • Certification in first aid
  • Relevant local and state certifications as required
  • Ability to maintain professional appearance and demeanor
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills for entering and locating work-related information
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks as required

Job Duties

  • Animate, recruit, register and schedule guests for recreational activities
  • Promote a cheerful and comfortable environment for guests
  • Provide information about recreational facilities and activities
  • Promote safety rules and regulations to ensure guest and member wellbeing
  • Monitor activities and respond appropriately to emergencies according to local procedures
  • Identify unsafe participation situations and inform supervisor or manager
  • Clean and maintain recreational equipment and supplies
  • Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to management
  • Complete safety training and certifications
