Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in recreation, entertainment, or customer service roles is preferred
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
- Ability to organize and participate in recreational activities with guests of all ages
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to work in outdoor weather conditions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Basic knowledge of safety practices and procedures

- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and friendly manner
- Organize and oversee a variety of recreational activities such as games, sports, and arts and crafts for guests, ensuring a diverse and engaging experience for all ages and interests
- Coordinate and facilitate recreational activities, guiding guests through various programs and ensuring their safety and enjoyment
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to create a positive and engaging atmosphere
- Inform guests about available recreation facilities, including amenities, schedules, and guidelines, to help them make informed decisions about their leisure activities while staying with us
- Encourage and schedule guests to participate in recreation activities, promoting engagement and participation to enhance their vacation experience
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards of recreation and entertainment areas through routine cleaning and equipment maintenance, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for guests
