Job Requirements

high school diploma or GED
5-star customer service skills
experience with day spa or recovery center
proficient in computer systems
ability to learn new software efficiently
first aid/CPR certification within 90 days
occasional bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 pounds
frequent standing, walking, reaching, and balancing
repetitive phone and computer work
ability to work standing for extended periods

proficient computer skills
experience working for or managing a day spa or recovery center
experience in a high-end, high-touch, service-oriented business is a plus

high school diploma or GED
first aid/CPR certificate required within 90 days of hire

Job Duties

maintain a well-stocked and safe recovery area
adhere to Villa Sport standards and task checklists
execute responsibilities under the supervision of the Recovery and Spa Supervisor
manage the appointment system efficiently
guide members to suitable services
surpass member expectations with a cheerful demeanor
work collaboratively with team members
