Job Duties

  • Provide customer service to internal and external customers including answering phones and greeting visitors
  • Respond to requests for information from staff and the public
  • Perform clerical tasks such as collecting fees, fines, and other payments
  • Receive, process, sort, file, and distribute various correspondence, materials, billings, payments, and documents
  • Enter information into court databases and systems to maintain court records and process motions
  • Verify files and information for accuracy and ensure appropriate corrections
  • Perform other general office duties as assigned
