This leadership opportunity is ideal for individuals with a profound understanding of service department operations who aspire to grow within a dynamic automotive group that values professional development and career advancement. Through this role, the candidate will contribute not only to the operational success of the dealership but also to the broader community efforts championed by the Walser Foundation. The company culture emphasizes core values such as doing the right thing, leading by example, displaying positive energy, and maintaining an open mind, all of which underpin the work environment. Joining Walser Automotive Group means being part of a team that nurtures growth, fosters a sense of belonging, and empowers employees to make a significant impact both within the company and in the community.
