Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED

  • ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
  • ability to push and pull carts up to 260 pounds
  • physical agility required in a fast-paced environment
  • willingness to learn all aspects of production
  • ability to operate food service equipment with training
  • ability to read and interpret production papers and measure ingredients accurately
  • entry-level role with willingness to train
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards is a plus
  • flexibility to take on various tasks as needed

Job Duties

  • Prepare high-quality food products following recipes and quality standards
  • operate food service equipment such as wrappers, labelers, scales, slicers, ovens, and mixers
  • maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the production areas
  • adhere to food safety guidelines and production goals
  • work flexibly across different departments including recipe preparation, cooking, packaging, sanitation, and shipping or receiving
  • lift and move heavy items safely, including pushing and pulling carts
  • participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills
