Job Requirements

- ability to push and pull carts up to 260 pounds
- physical agility required in a fast-paced environment
- willingness to learn all aspects of production
- ability to operate food service equipment with training
- ability to read and interpret production papers and measure ingredients accurately

Job Duties
- Prepare high-quality food products following recipes and quality standards
- operate food service equipment such as wrappers, labelers, scales, slicers, ovens, and mixers
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the production areas
- adhere to food safety guidelines and production goals
- work flexibly across different departments including recipe preparation, cooking, packaging, sanitation, and shipping or receiving
- lift and move heavy items safely, including pushing and pulling carts
- participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills
