Job Description

The Creative Team at Williams Sonoma comprises designers, art directors, writers, cooks, social media experts, content creators, and visual merchandisers. The Content Team within the company manages organic social, video, editorial strategy, copywriting, and recipe management, playing a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience across all channels.
Job Requirements
- BA/BS required
- 4 years of content management, recipe editing, publishing, culinary, or similar professional experience
- extremely strong recipe editing skills
- actively involved in the culinary community with a thorough understanding of related trends and issues
- extensive knowledge of food, cooking, and entertaining
- familiarity with web content management systems and processes
- established project management skills
- effective interpersonal skills
- self-motivated and passionate about creating compelling customer-facing content
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- highly creative with strong conceptual capabilities
- experience in print or digital publishing
- ability to work off-hours and off-site if necessary
