one year customer service experience
good communication skills
ability to work as part of a team

Job Duties

operates a switchboard or telephone console to route incoming calls and place outgoing local and long distance calls
receives incoming phone calls, secures necessary information and transfers to appropriate party
takes and relays messages as necessary
provides information to callers as appropriate
performs incidental typing and/or routine clerical work as assigned
may schedule the use of conference rooms and other firm resources
performs other duties as assigned
