We are currently seeking reliable and detail-oriented Receptionists to join our front office team. This full-time position involves a variety of administrative and customer service duties essential to the smooth operation of the veterinary hospital. In the role of Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, managing appointment scheduling, client intake, and communication. A key part of your responsibilities includes handling medical records, supporting the veterinary team by preparing and maintaining accurate records, and assisting with prescription filling and over-the-counter sales. Our Receptionists will be vital in maintaining an organized, welcoming, and professional front office environment. Candidates should be prepared to handle financial transactions, mailing duties, filing, phone answering, and continuous engagement with clients to ensure a seamless hospital experience. Job Requirements
