- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years of experience in a healthcare or assisted living setting preferred
- Possess basic computer skills and experience with typing and a ten-key adding machine
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good interpersonal skills with all levels of staff, residents, families, and the public
