Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in assisted living or customer service preferred
- Ability to sit for extended periods
- Ability to lift between 1-20 pounds occasionally
- Visual acuity and good hearing
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency with typing and ten key adding machine
- Ability to function as a team member
- Good interpersonal skills with staff, residents, families, and public
