We are currently seeking a Receptionist/Office Assistant to join our dedicated team. This full-time role, based in our Indianapolis office, offers an hourly wage of $15.00 to $17.00. As the Receptionist/Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of administrative and reception duties that support the closing team in facilitating real estate transactions. While experience in title insurance, mortgage, or real estate is beneficial, it is not required. We are more interested in candidates who are self-motivated, quick learners, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include greeting clients, managing incoming calls, maintaining the lobby and customer lounge, and facilitating communication between realtors, lenders, buyers, and sellers. You will be involved in new order reviews and data entry, electronically submitting title search orders to the search departments, and sending documents to the county for recording purposes. The role also requires prompt response to customer inquiries and coordination with management and escrow teams to ensure accurate and timely closings. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • title insurance, escrow and/or real estate experience is helpful but not required
  • knowledge of MS Office suites
  • strong customer service and problem-solving skills
  • excellent verbal and written skills
  • extreme attention for detail
  • passion for multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
  • bi-lingual English/Spanish a plus
