Job Description

Integrity Healthcare Services is currently seeking a part-time Receptionist/Intake person to join their team. This role will involve working three days a week, from 8 am to 12 noon, with flexible scheduling options available to accommodate the candidate’s needs. The Receptionist/Intake position is vital for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the front office. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, helping to create a positive impression through excellent communication and organizational skills.

In this role, the Receptionist/Intake person will perform a variety of important tasks that support the workflow of the organization. Key responsibilities will include greeting customers when they visit the office, assisting with planning and scheduling appointments as needed, answering phone calls, and maintaining well-organized files. This position requires someone who is not only efficient and detail-oriented but also compassionate and able to provide a warm, friendly atmosphere for clients and visitors. The ability to multitask and handle different duties simultaneously will be crucial in managing the daily demands of the position.
