Job Requirements
- Hs diploma or GED
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in basic computer applications such as MS Office
- Polite and professional demeanor
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and maintain a positive attitude
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus

Job Duties
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Greet and assist associates and visitors, addressing their inquiries and directing them to the appropriate resources
- Perform general clerical tasks, including data entry, filing, photocopying, and document organization
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors
- Handle mail and package deliveries, as well as routing them to the correct recipients
- Assist in scheduling appointments and maintaining appointment records
- Maintain a basic knowledge of the organization's products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to associates and visitors
- Follow established procedures and protocols for handling confidential information
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless front desk operation
