As a Receptionist/Front Desk associate at Ponzio Dental, you will play a pivotal role in the daily operations and overall patient experience. This full-time position offers a structured workweek with hours scheduled Monday through Friday, including a morning huddle to prepare the team for the day. Your responsibilities will include welcoming patients and visitors warmly, managing appointment scheduling to meet the practice's care goals and financial objectives, and efficiently handling communications with both patients and staff. Your role is essential to maintaining smooth office workflow and supporting clinical providers in delivering quality patient care.
The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in dental or medical administration and be familiar with dental terminology, procedures, and insurance processes, including CDT coding and treatment plan presentations. Experience with Dentrix software is preferred but not mandatory. You will be expected to address patient financial concerns and maintain accurate financial records, ensuring transparency and efficiency for both the practice and its patients.

Job Requirements
- At least one year of dental or medical administrative experience
- Understanding of dental terminology and procedures
- Knowledge of dental insurance and CDT codes
- Proficiency with Dentrix software preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information and maintain patient privacy
