  • Previous experience in a title, escrow, or real estate office is a plus

Job Qualifications

  • Notary Public (State of Colorado)
  • Title Insurance Producer License (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Understanding of escrow/closing standards, title commitments, real estate regulations and guidelines, proration, per diems, lender documents, real estate documents, and document preparation
  • Team player
  • Self-starter
  • Committed, dedicated, respectful and hard working
  • Ability to work independently
  • Comfortable meeting with clients and prospects in varied settings

Job Duties

  • Greet clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer and direct incoming calls using a multi-line phone system
  • Maintain a clean and organized front office and closing rooms
  • Handle earnest money deposits and ensure accurate receipting
  • Assist with opening new escrow files and distributing documents
  • Support escrow officers with document preparation and file management
  • Communicate with lenders, agents, and attorneys to gather required information
  • Track and follow up on outstanding items needed for closing
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
  • Perform other administrative and escrow-related duties as needed
