Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalency
  • One year of relevant experience
  • Ability to sit for extended periods and perform computer-based tasks
  • Capable of occasional walking, bending, reaching, standing, stooping
  • Ability to lift, carry, push or pull up to 20 pounds occasionally

Job Duties

  • Answer and direct incoming calls utilizing a switchboard
  • Maintain safe and clean reception area
  • Greet vendors, customers, and visitors and assist them in reaching the correct business unit or office
  • Provide support on small projects as needed
  • Maintain and update branch directories
  • Maintain calendar for board conference room
  • Prepare meeting rooms for setup as needed
  • Maintain and update general office listings
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned
