This opportunity is with a reputable company looking to integrate a part-time professional into their team who will serve primarily within the Sales and Parts Departments. The company operates in a customer-focused environment, emphasizing efficient communication and effective administrative support. The role is structured for part-time engagement, specifically 2 to 3 days during the week, from 2:00PM to 8:00PM, as well as every other Saturday from 8:30AM to 5:30PM. Job Requirements
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience using Microsoft Office suite
- Well organized
- Ability to work effectively with customers, vendors and employees while handling multiple tasks simultaneously
- Must be willing to submit to a drug screen and background check

Job Duties
- Operate switchboard telephone system
- Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly and efficient manner, striving to minimize the amount of time customers spend on hold
- Provide basic information to callers who have general inquiries
- Receive cash, checks and credit card payments from customers and record the amount received on the repair order and/or counter ticket
- Be friendly, professional, courteous and efficient when working with all customers and employees
- Handle filing and scanning needs of sales paperwork and title documents
- Assist the Controller with various clerical duties as needed
