Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
  • Professional personal appearance
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to meet production and quality standards
  • Ability to move throughout the dealership facility
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to lift 10 to 25 lbs occasionally
  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk on a regular basis

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience working with customer satisfaction surveys or questionnaires is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights

  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
  • Familiarity with automotive terminology and technology changes preferred

Job Duties

  • Administer Customer Satisfaction Index questionnaires to customers
  • Analyze and interpret customer feedback and survey results
  • Communicate CSI scores and results to management and employees
  • Assist customers with inquiries and route problems to appropriate contacts
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
  • Collaborate with sales, service, production, and administrative departments to improve customer satisfaction
  • Attend company meetings and training sessions to stay current on products and sales techniques
