The dealership offers a wide range of vehicles, including new and pre-owned Chevrolet models, alongside comprehensive automotive services such as maintenance, repairs, and parts sales. The company is currently seeking a highly motivated and professional Front Desk Receptionist to become the welcoming face and voice of the dealership. This role is critical in delivering exceptional customer experiences by managing the initial point of contact with clients smoothly and efficiently. The Front Desk Receptionist will thrive in a dynamic, customer-focused environment, handling multiple responsibilities including greeting customers, managing phone calls, performing financial transactions, and supporting administrative tasks. This position offers a stable weekday schedule from Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, making it an excellent fit for individuals looking for consistency and work-life balance. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in customer service or reception
  • valid driver’s license

Job Duties

  • Greet customers, answer phones, and route calls to the correct department seamlessly
  • handle financial transactions for service, parts & sales customers
  • balance cash drawer, reconcile daily receipts, and prepare logs for the accounting department
  • execute essential data entry and handle incoming mail
  • prepare sales and service gas receipts for accounting department
  • maintain cleanliness of customer waiting areas
