Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- strong communication skills
- positive attitude and friendly demeanor
- basic accounting skills
- ability to handle cash and credit transactions accurately
- dependable and organized
- comfortable using telephone switchboard systems
- available to work 2-3 weeknights and every other Saturday
Job Qualifications
- experience with microsoft office suite is a plus
- customer service experience
- ability to communicate customers' interests needs and requests to management and sales personnel
- professional personal appearance
- available to work flexible hours on weeknights and weekends
Job Duties
- greet and assist customers in person and over the phone in a professional courteous manner
- answer incoming calls determine the nature of the call and route callers to the appropriate department promptly
- operate the switchboard telephone system efficiently and accurately
- receive cash check and credit card payments issue receipts and make change accurately
- perform routine accounting tasks related to accounts receivable and accounts payable
- assist managers and office staff with clerical and administrative duties as needed
- communicate clearly and professionally with customers vendors and internal team members
- learn dealership departments procedures and internal processes to assist customers efficiently
