Job Requirements
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
- Previous customer service or receptionist experience preferred
- Ability to multi task with high attention to detail
- Basic computer skills preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Cooperative and helpful attitude

- Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role is preferred
- Great communicator

Job Duties
- Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone in both English and Spanish
- Manage a multi-line phone system, answering calls promptly and professionally and striving to minimize the amount of time customers spend on hold
- Communicate with customers and staff in a professional, friendly, and helpful manner
- Accurately process payments
- Balance cash drawer at the beginning and end of shift
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk / lobby area
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed, such as filing, emails, reports, etc.
