The role of the Administrative Services Assistant at Arden Courts is essential for maintaining smooth administrative operations. This position involves performing receptionist duties and providing clerical support to the Administrative Services Coordinator. Responsibilities include assisting with human resources functions, accounts payable and receivable, and payroll-related tasks as needed. The role requires constant interaction with residents, their families, and employees, demanding a high level of tact, sensitivity, and professionalism. The Administrative Services Assistant helps ensure exceptional service and satisfaction within the facility.
