The role offered is for a customer service-focused Administrative Assistant who will serve as the backbone of the growing property management team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people and handling tasks behind the scenes. As the first point of contact for property owners and tenants, the Administrative Assistant will provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone calls, emails, texts, and in-person interactions. Beyond customer service, the role involves a range of administrative duties such as data entry, scheduling, vendor follow-ups, and assisting with operational projects.
This job requires dependable individuals who communicate professionally, remain calm under pressure, and take ownership of their responsibilities. The company offers a supportive small team environment that values a personalized experience for clients and team members alike. Compensation ranges from $20 to $25 per hour, based on the applicant's level of experience in property management, customer service, or administrative support. The preferred work schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:45 AM to 5:15 PM. Additionally, benefits include a $200 per month contribution toward health insurance, paid time off accruing over time, performance reviews with opportunities for raises, and flexible vacation scheduling with advance notice.

New hires receive hands-on training during the initial weeks, gradually taking on independent responsibilities. Training covers the company’s systems, lease procedures, customer service expectations, and communication standards, all while providing regular feedback. Job Requirements
- High school or equivalent
- Two years of administrative experience preferred
- Two years of customer service experience preferred
- Two years of property management experience preferred
- Ability to commute to Henderson, NV 89052
- Willingness to work in person
- Professional communication skills
- Dependability and ownership of responsibilities
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
Job Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills with patience, professionalism, and empathy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining close attention to detail
- Ability to complete routine tasks quickly
- Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn new software, systems, and processes
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with a small team
- Previous administrative, customer service, or property management experience preferred
- Experience with AppFolio, MLS, Dotloop, and Monday.com is a plus
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn, improve, and contribute to the team's success
Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional customer service to property owners and tenants through phone calls, emails, text messages, and walk-in inquiries
- Answer general questions regarding maintenance requests, rental policies, and procedures
- Coordinate maintenance requests between vendors and tenants
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized records within company software, primarily AppFolio, Dotloop, and Monday.com
- Follow up with insurance companies, HOAs, utility providers, and vendors regarding outstanding items and pending requests
- Perform general administrative duties including filing, proofreading documents, and maintaining organized digital and physical records
- Assist with special projects and administrative initiatives that improve office efficiency
