Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Some experience in office administration or clerical work
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Current driver’s license
Job Qualifications
- Some experience in office administration, clerical work, or as a receptionist is preferred
- Some computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional communication skills including phone etiquette and customer service
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while supporting team needs
- Must have current driver's license (for running errands using a company vehicle)
Job Duties
- Greet visitors and clients at the front desk with professionalism and courtesy
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately and taking detailed messages
- Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization
- Handle correspondence via email, phone, and written communication, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks
- Open and disperse incoming mail
- Support office management tasks including supply ordering, record keeping, and document management
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally
- Maintain stock of office and kitchen supplies
- Run miscellaneous errands
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area to promote a welcoming environment
