Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of one year of customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to relocate to Richmond, VA 23227 before starting work
  • Reliable and punctual with strong organizational skills

Job Qualifications

  • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
  • Previous experience in an office or front desk role is highly desirable
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong clerical skills including attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service excellence

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression
  • Answer phone calls promptly and professionally, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel
  • Manage scheduling and appointments, ensuring efficient use of time for both staff and clients
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately, maintaining up-to-date records in our systems
  • Handle clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
  • Assist with office supply management and inventory control
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to enhance the overall office environment
