Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one year of customer service experience preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to relocate to Richmond, VA 23227 before starting work
- Reliable and punctual with strong organizational skills
Job Qualifications
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
- Previous experience in an office or front desk role is highly desirable
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong clerical skills including attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service excellence
Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression
- Answer phone calls promptly and professionally, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel
- Manage scheduling and appointments, ensuring efficient use of time for both staff and clients
- Perform data entry tasks accurately, maintaining up-to-date records in our systems
- Handle clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Assist with office supply management and inventory control
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to enhance the overall office environment
