Job Requirements

  • proven experience in customer service or administrative roles
  • proficiency with Google Workspace applications
  • excellent communication skills
  • strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • willingness to learn QuickBooks
  • ability to work full-time, 40 hours per week
  • ability to work morning shifts in person

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred
  • strong clerical skills with attention to detail and accuracy in work output
  • familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus but not mandatory
  • willingness to learn is essential

Job Duties

  • Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression of the company
  • answer phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
  • manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and packages
  • maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital documents
  • assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members
  • provide administrative support, including data entry, document preparation, and office management tasks
  • support customer service efforts by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
