Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- proven experience in customer service or administrative roles
- proficiency with Google Workspace applications
- excellent communication skills
- strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- willingness to learn QuickBooks
- ability to work full-time, 40 hours per week
- ability to work morning shifts in person
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred
- strong clerical skills with attention to detail and accuracy in work output
- familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus but not mandatory
- willingness to learn is essential
- excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- proficient in Google Workspace applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive) for daily operations
- strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization

Job Duties
- Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression of the company
- answer phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
- manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and packages
- maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital documents
- assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members
- provide administrative support, including data entry, document preparation, and office management tasks
- support customer service efforts by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
