With a diverse portfolio that spans property management, consulting, and investment services, CBRE offers a dynamic and supportive workplace culture dedicated to sustainability and community impact. The company actively fosters a respectful and inclusive environment where employees are encouraged to grow and succeed.

The Concierge role at CBRE is an integral part of the Workplace Experience team located at a premier client site in the San Jose area, specializing in the travel industry. This position primarily involves providing outstanding customer service to guests, tenants, and visitors by attending to their business and personal needs. Responsibilities include making reservations, scheduling transportation services, and offering recommendations on local attractions to enhance client satisfaction. Serving as the "front face" or receptionist, this role requires a polished, articulate individual with excellent time management skills, as regular interaction with C-suite executives and key stakeholders is expected.

The job operates Monday through Friday, with typical hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and occasionally requires flexibility to meet business demands. The concierge will also manage office supplies, conference room pantries, and log service requests, ensuring timely responses and smooth operations. This high-visibility position demands impeccable professionalism, the ability to resolve complex problems efficiently, and a proactive approach to improving team processes. The person in this role leads by example, modeling behaviors consistent with CBRE's RISE values.

Candidates benefit from competitive compensation ranging from $21.65 to $24.00 per hour, dependent on skills and experience, along with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), and paid time off. CBRE supports career advancement, offering opportunities for internal promotion after six months.
