The role of Receptionist at Leisure Care is a vital front-line position that ensures visitors and residents receive a welcoming and professional experience from the moment they enter the community. This position carries a combination of front desk and administrative responsibilities designed to support the smooth operation of the community. Key duties include greeting all visitors, answering and directing phone calls, maintaining important records such as resident emergency data summaries and sign-in logs, and handling general typing and filing tasks. The Receptionist also monitors electronic resident call boxes, oversees the cleanliness of the front desk and main entrance, and manages office supply inventories.
