Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient with basic office equipment and computer applications
- Ability to multitask and maintain a professional, pleasant demeanor

Job Qualifications
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
- Capable of operating computer, copier, postage meter, fax machine, intercom, and telephone system
- Comfortable learning and using new computer operating systems, word processing, spreadsheets, and email
- Preferred high school diploma or GED
Job Duties
- Welcome visitors warmly and answer incoming calls in a professional manner
- Maintain a clean, neat, and inviting reception area
- Operate paging and telephone systems efficiently
- Take detailed messages and relay them promptly to intended personnel
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail for pickup
- Provide up-to-date information about services offered
- Assist with specific administrative tasks as assigned and seek additional support when necessary
