Job Requirements
- Availability to work a full-time schedule (40-hours a week), Wednesday - Friday (8:30am-9:00pm), and every other Saturday (8:30am-5:00pm)
- High school diploma or GED
- One to two years of progressively responsible experience
- Previous experience handling large volume of incoming calls as a receptionist preferred
- Must possess strong customer service skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks/priorities
- Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
- Intermediate computer skills in typing/keyboarding, Microsoft Word and Excel programs as well as GSuite

Job Duties
- Greet members, vendors, couriers, job applicants and other visitors in a consistent, professional and friendly manner adhering to proper security protocol and logging activity
- Answer phone calls in a timely and welcoming manner and courteously directs the call to the appropriate personnel or program
- Abide by all HIPAA laws and maintains confidentiality for all clients and medical records
- Ensure the headquarters lobby is constantly staffed during agreed business hours and maintained in a neat and orderly fashion
- Manage schedules accurately for new appointments, check ins, and follow ups
- Verify insurance, personal information and account balances, collects fees when required
- Ensure that new charts are ready for use and packets are prepared for programs
- Accurately enter information into the EMR (i.e.: financial information, assessment forms, billing, etc.)
