Job Duties
- Assisting with transportation needs including driving residents to and from appointments or other destinations with a focus on trips to larger cities such as Cleveland Toledo and Columbus
- Supporting transportation logistics including preparing residents for travel coordinating schedules and ensuring safety during transit
- Assisting on the floor or performing additional support duties when not driving based on facility needs
- Performing other related duties as assigned or requested
- Greeting visitors residents and staff in a professional and friendly manner
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls appropriately
- Assisting with basic clerical and administrative tasks as needed
- Supporting communication between departments to ensure smooth daily operations
