Our establishment prides itself on providing a warm, welcoming environment where residents feel safe, respected, and valued. We take immense pride in fostering a community-centered approach, ensuring that each individual’s needs are met with professionalism and kindness. Our team is comprised of committed professionals working collaboratively to enhance the quality of life for those we serve. As an equal opportunity employer, we value diversity and inclusivity in our workforce, striving to create a supportive and dynamic workplace that encourages personal and professional growth.
The role of Receptionist / Transportation Aide is a unique and multifaceted position within our facility that stands out for offering diversity in daily tasks and meaningful engagement with both residents and staff. This position merges responsibilities related to transportation assistance, resident care, reception support, and facility operations. The ideal candidate will be a caring, outgoing, and energetic individual who is passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of others. Their primary duties will include managing transportation logistics by safely driving residents to and from appointments and key destinations such as Cleveland, Toledo, and Columbus. Alongside transportation duties, the role involves providing essential receptionist support by greeting visitors, answering and directing phone calls, and assisting with basic clerical and administrative tasks. Additionally, the aide will support communication between departments to ensure smooth operations and provide assistance based on facility needs when not engaged in transportation tasks.
This role offers a rewarding and flexible work environment, suitable for individuals who thrive on interaction and variety throughout their workday. It not only demands excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills, but also a strong commitment to safety and resident well-being. Candidates must possess CNA/STNA certification to ensure they can effectively support resident care and meet the professional standards expected in healthcare settings. Additionally, a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is mandatory, given the need to drive over a six-year period, with comfort navigating larger cities and adapting to various transportation schedules.
By joining our team as a Receptionist / Transportation Aide, candidates will have the chance to positively impact our residents' lives daily while benefiting from a supportive company culture that offers competitive wages, comprehensive health benefits, and career development opportunities. We emphasize a balanced approach to work, promoting flexibility and inclusion, ensuring employees feel valued and empowered. This position is perfect for someone looking to merge their passion for resident care and transportation with essential office and facility support responsibilities.
