Job Duties
- Welcome and assist all walk-in guests with professionalism, warmth, and urgency
- Manage a high volume of inbound phone calls and direct guests efficiently to the appropriate department or team member
- Assess guest needs quickly and ensure a seamless transition to sales, service, or management teams
- Provide accurate information, take detailed messages, and ensure timely communication
- Support administrative and clerical duties that contribute to daily operational excellence
- Maintain the front reception area as a polished reflection of our flagship facility
- Adapt to evolving business needs and support additional responsibilities as assigned by management
