Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum one year administrative experience preferably in healthcare
  • CPR and First-Aid certification required or must obtain within six months
  • Ability to verbally communicate courteously and professionally
  • Proficient in operating telephone switchboard and reception equipment
  • Ability to maintain organized and neat work area
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One year of administrative experience preferably in healthcare
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
  • CPR and First-Aid certification or ability to obtain within six months
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Bilingual in English and one of the specified languages preferred

Job Duties

  • Greet visitors warmly and professionally
  • Manage the flow of visitors ensuring safety and reassurance
  • Answer and transfer incoming phone calls promptly
  • Track participant attendance and assign visitor badges
  • Maintain visitor logs accurately with essential information
  • Manage phone switchboard and troubleshoot reception equipment
  • Draft and update reception desk procedures and processes
