Job Requirements

  • Previous receptionist or administrative experience in a professional office setting preferred
  • strong communication skills with polished and professional interaction style
  • experience answering phones and handling front desk responsibilities with proper etiquette
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • professional appearance and demeanor in a client-facing environment
  • strong business etiquette when interacting with partners, clients, and leadership
  • highly organized with ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
  • dependable attendance and punctuality with a positive and professional attitude
  • ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced office setting
  • high school diploma or equivalent required
  • must pass pre-employment drug screening
  • no felonies in the last 3 years, no violent felonies ever

Job Duties

  • Greeting visitors and clients in a professional and polished front desk environment
  • answering and directing incoming phone calls with strong business etiquette and professionalism
  • managing front desk area to ensure cleanliness, organization, and a welcoming atmosphere
  • sorting and distributing incoming mail and preparing outgoing correspondence
  • scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars for office staff and leadership
  • performing clerical tasks including filing, scanning, and data entry
  • assisting team members with administrative support tasks as needed
  • maintaining visitor logs and ensuring compliance with office security procedures
  • providing excellent customer service to both internal partners and external clients
  • supporting daily office operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow
