Job Requirements
- Previous receptionist or administrative experience in a professional office setting preferred
- strong communication skills with polished and professional interaction style
- experience answering phones and handling front desk responsibilities with proper etiquette
- proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- professional appearance and demeanor in a client-facing environment
- strong business etiquette when interacting with partners, clients, and leadership
- highly organized with ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
- dependable attendance and punctuality with a positive and professional attitude
- ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced office setting
- high school diploma or equivalent required
- must pass pre-employment drug screening
- no felonies in the last 3 years, no violent felonies ever

Job Duties
- Greeting visitors and clients in a professional and polished front desk environment
- answering and directing incoming phone calls with strong business etiquette and professionalism
- managing front desk area to ensure cleanliness, organization, and a welcoming atmosphere
- sorting and distributing incoming mail and preparing outgoing correspondence
- scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars for office staff and leadership
- performing clerical tasks including filing, scanning, and data entry
- assisting team members with administrative support tasks as needed
- maintaining visitor logs and ensuring compliance with office security procedures
- providing excellent customer service to both internal partners and external clients
- supporting daily office operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow
