Job Duties

  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services
  • Work collaboratively in a team environment to achieve agency goals
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
  • Proactively solve problems and address customer concerns
  • Communicate effectively with clients both verbally and in writing
