Job Description

Adam Lemmert - State Farm Agent is a reputable and thriving insurance agency committed to providing outstanding service and personalized insurance solutions to individuals and businesses. As a part of the broader State Farm network, this agency upholds the industry-leading standards and values for which State Farm is known nationwide. Founded on a mission to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams, this agency places a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction, community involvement, and employee growth. Adam Lemmert - State Farm Agent is recognized for fostering a dynamic and supportive work environment where collaboration, professionalism, and ambition are highly encouraged.

Our agency is rapidly growing and boasts a fun, energetic environment that serves not only as a place to work but also a community where employees strive to achieve their goals collectively while enjoying their roles. The team atmosphere is built on mutual respect, hard work, and encouragement, making it an excellent workplace for individuals who are motivated, ambitious, and ready to grow their careers in the insurance sector.

We are currently looking for a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member to join our dedicated team. This role is integral to delivering an exceptional customer experience by acting as the first point of contact for all visitors and callers. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing front desk responsibilities, scheduling appointments, handling customer inquiries, and supporting the team with various administrative duties. This role is ideal for someone who is well-organized, has strong communication skills, and is interested in contributing positively to the overall office workflow.

Compensation for this position ranges from $17.00 to $22.00 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications. This hourly position offers an opportunity to work full-time in a stable and supportive agency with potential for professional advancement. Because this is a role within a State Farm agent's office, the employee is considered an independent contractor employee under the agent's direction rather than a direct employee of State Farm. This distinction provides a unique working dynamic paired with the benefits of working for a recognized brand with a supportive local team.

The Receptionist plays a pivotal role in maintaining the agency's warm and welcoming atmosphere while contributing to operational efficiency. Beyond front-desk duties, the role offers opportunities to engage directly with prospective and current customers to help identify insurance needs and promote relevant policies. There is a clear path for growth and development within the agency, supported by training programs and on-the-job learning opportunities to help build licensing and insurance expertise.

Adam Lemmert - State Farm Agent prides itself on a workplace culture that values training, development, and performance-based rewards. This environment is designed to support individuals who are seeking not just a job but a long-term career path where they can grow and succeed. If you are detail-oriented, customer-focused, and eager to advance your skills in the insurance industry within a vibrant team setting, this opportunity at Adam Lemmert’s agency offers the perfect launchpad to achieve your professional goals.
