We are currently seeking a highly responsive and organized recruiter to join our growing team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. This full-time role is crucial in ensuring seamless customer interactions and supporting the agency’s ongoing operations. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented, personable professional who excels in communication and multitasking, eager to learn and grow within the insurance industry. Salary for this position ranges from $35,000 to $45,000 annually, reflective of experience and qualifications. In this role, you will greet customers warmly both in person and over the phone, assist with appointment scheduling, manage office communications, and maintain customer records meticulously. Job Requirements
