We are currently seeking a Receptionist to join our State Farm Agent team led by Demetrike Wells-O'Brien. This role is pivotal in providing an exceptional first impression to our customers by offering warm, professional greetings and facilitating smooth communication channels within our agency. The Receptionist will manage appointment scheduling, assist in handling inquiries, maintain accurate customer records, and support the team with various administrative tasks. Ideal candidates are highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at multitasking in a fast-paced environment. They should be comfortable initiating conversations with prospective and existing customers to identify potential insurance opportunities and contribute positively to team goals.
