This position offers an excellent opportunity to grow within the insurance industry, providing both hands-on experience and professional development. Candidates should be comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM systems, demonstrate strong communication skills, and ideally be bilingual in Spanish to better serve our diverse client base.

As an independent contractor agent’s employee, this role is distinct in that while part of the State Farm brand, employment decisions, hiring, and management are handled by the agent locally. This structure allows for a close-knit team environment focused on personalized client service and community engagement. The chosen candidate will play a key role in furthering the mission to help customers navigate insurance and financial service needs seamlessly and efficiently, ensuring excellent customer experiences and contributing to the team’s overall success.
