Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • must possess a current Nevada Food Handler's Card
  • experience in a high-volume luxury spa or resort is preferred
  • must possess excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
  • requires proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • previous cash handling experience is preferred but not required
  • prior knowledge of SpaSoft, HotSOS and Opera systems is preferred

  • prior knowledge of the following systems is preferred: SpaSoft, HotSOS and Opera

Job Duties

  • Accurately schedule spa appointments via telephone reservation or in person
  • is knowledgeable on all spa treatments and salon services offered and can actively suggest services to maintain sales while following Forbes standards
  • accurately assist guests with check-in for spa reservations and spa access
  • accurately receive payment of services to department standards and properly account for all transactions and monies
  • reconcile daily sales, deposits, and invoices as outlined in department policy
  • keep all areas of the spa including storage areas, back of house, staff break room and dispensary clean and organized while following safety guidelines
  • ensures product and supply inventories are replenished and maintained daily
  • able to assist in the fitness area by ensuring equipment is maintained and being available for guests
