Receptionist- Spa

This part-time position is based in Las Vegas, Nevada, and is classified as non-exempt under FLSA guidelines, designated as a steady extra role within the Spa/Salon career area of the hotel division. The Spa Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for guests both over the phone and in-person, ensuring that every interaction embodies the high standards of Wynn Las Vegas. Responsibilities include scheduling spa appointments accurately, suggesting treatments and services aligned with Forbes standards to increase sales, and assisting guests seamlessly throughout their spa visit. The receptionist also manages payment transactions meticulously, reconciles daily sales and deposits, and maintains cleanliness and organization in all areas of the spa including storage and staff spaces. Additionally, the receptionist may assist in the fitness area, ensuring equipment maintenance and availability for guests. Experience in a high-volume luxury spa or resort environment is preferred, alongside strong communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, and familiarity with spa management systems such as SpaSoft, HotSOS, and Opera. A current Nevada Food Handler's Card and a minimum age of 18 years are required for this position.
