Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Front office experience preferred
- Ability to communicate efficiently in English using proper grammar in a pleasant manner
- Typing skills preferred
- Ability to follow specific and general instructions carefully
- Availability for some weekday evenings, Sundays, holidays and to cover other shifts as needed

Job Duties
- Opens and closes the reception desk and properly secures all files, keys and equipment in the office area
- Communicates to the appropriate parties promptly and clearly all messages and material directed to them through the business office
- Accepts and records payments, reservations, appointments, and cancellations as directed
- Receives all persons who enter the community in a courteous manner and assists residents, visitors, staff or vendors tactfully
- Attends in-service training and education sessions as assigned
- Performs specific work duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor
