The role available is for a Receptionist / Front Office Representative who will play a vital part in managing the office's presentation and administrative performance. This position requires a highly organized and personable individual capable of handling multiple front office responsibilities simultaneously with a professional attitude. The receptionist will be the first point of contact, greeting and welcoming guests as they arrive, answering and screening calls, and providing accurate information both in-person and via phone or email. Daily office operations will include managing mail and deliveries, ordering and maintaining office supplies, organizing meetings, and performing various clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing.
A successful candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Case Peer, Lead Docket, and Dropbox, demonstrating hands-on experience with office equipment. Job Duties
- Own the presentation and performance of the office and administration
- greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- provide accurate information in-person and via phone or email
- receive, sort, scan and distribute daily mail, deliveries, and documents
- order office supplies and keep inventory of stock
- update calendars and schedule meetings
- organize and set up conference room for meetings
- perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing
