As a Receptionist/Scheduler at First Coast Home Pros, you will manage a variety of front desk operations including greeting and checking in visitors, handling phone calls, and managing schedules and calendars for staff and clients. You will serve as the first point of contact for customers and clients, ensuring their inquiries and needs are handled promptly and professionally. Additionally, this role involves providing administrative support such as data entry, filing, mail handling, and maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the front desk area.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and be highly organized with the ability to multitask effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word and Excel is required, along with a high school diploma or equivalent. Candidates must be prepared to pass a background check and drug testing as part of the hiring process.
