Job Requirements

  • High level of computer data entry skills
  • Customer facing experience with monthly footprint of 350-450 guests
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and 365
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Professional and courteous demeanor
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Manage daily guest list
  • Greet guests professionally and courteously
  • Complete guest registration inquiries sent to the reception mailbox
  • Respond to incoming inquiries confirming they have been completed
  • Route incoming calls and voicemails to the proper party
  • Register guests onto the security list known as BXP
  • Request replacement access badges
  • Maintain Grab-N-Go cards and distribute monthly T-passes
  • Book rooms via a reservation system
  • Maintain monthly data and site procedure
