Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Six months office or clerical experience preferred
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products
  • Excellent telephone, oral, and written communication skills
  • Skilled in the use of business machines and personal computers
  • Ability to follow instructions and manage multiple tasks
  • Positive and professional attitude

Job Duties

  • Answer and transfer incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner
  • Provide information, directions, and appropriate assistance to residents, staff, guests, and vendors
  • Greet residents, guests, and staff with a positive helpful attitude
  • Accept delivery packages, log receipt, and notify recipients
  • Prepare maintenance work orders as requested
  • Open and close the reception desk securing all files, keys, and equipment
  • Record payments, reservations, appointments, cancellations
  • Attend in-service training and education sessions as assigned
