Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
- at least six months office or clerical experience preferred
- familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products
- excellent telephone, oral, and written communication skills
- skilled in the use of business machines and personal computers
- able to handle a multiplicity of routine tasks and follow instructions thoroughly

- utilizing computer programs and office equipment skillfully
- maintaining ongoing telephone coverage and managing messages
- accepting and logging delivery packages and notifying recipients
- preparing maintenance work orders as requested
- assisting with projects and assignments
- greeting residents, guests, and staff with a positive and helpful attitude
- opening and closing the reception desk and securing office equipment and files
- accepting and recording payments, reservations, appointments, and cancellations
- attending in-service training and education sessions
- performing specific work duties as assigned
