The position involves greeting visitors, patients, and staff to the facility, determining the purpose of their visit, and ensuring they are guided or directed appropriately. Responsibilities also include answering inquiries, providing accurate information about the facility, directing visitors to various departments, managing appointment calendars, and facilitating communication within the organization.
